Bloomin' Garlic Parmesan Bread

Hey there! I hope you're all having a good day. It's a lovely afternoon here in the Dallas area with a cool temperature of *gasp* 67 degrees! Yes, 67 degrees at 3:00 in the afternoon! This is such a welcome break from a few weeks ago when we were at a steady 110 degrees for several days, yuck! I have such an awesome recipe to share today. Most everyone has heard of a bloomin' onion, and this fun twist on it is absolutely delicious! I've seen several of them floating around, mostly they are onion flavored versions using scallions, but I've also seen cheddar bacon ranch versions (add that to the must-try list, yes please!) and even a cinnamon-sugar one drizzled with a glaze..just imagine all of the possibilities! I decided to try a garlic Parmesan one and serve it with Italian. This is SO easy and SO worth trying, I made it along side a homemade lasagna (recipe coming soon!) and we loved it. Please put it on your to-make list, you'll be so glad you did :)

Ingredients:
1 Round Loaf Bread, unsliced
4 Tablespoons Butter, softened
1 Tablespoon Italian Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Cut the bread into slices lengthwise and then width wise, being careful to not cut completely through the bottom of the bread. The idea is to have little pieces that you can pick out and eat. Next, take your butter in a small bowl and mix it with your garlic and parsley until everything is evenly incorporated. With a spatula, spread the butter mixture over the entire loaf of bread, then sprinkle on all of the Parmesan cheese and using a thin spatula or butter knife, run it along all of the slices "pushing: the butter/cheese mixture in all the slices. Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread starts to spread and it's turning golden brown.
